Account Executive

Luzern offer an opportunity to gain an understanding of full end-to-end eCommerce processes – Website Development, Generating Traffic, Managing Websites, Order Processing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Customer Service, Product Returns, Account Management.

The opportunity to gain a strong understanding of eCommerce Platforms, CMS’s & back end operations. Get exposure to a variety of online marketing tools and channels – Adwords, SEO, Retargeting, Email Marketing etc used for Promotional Execution.

Work closely with Account Managers to gain insight into account management with possibility to progress to eCommerce Account Manager responsible for the management of key accounts in the future.


Main responsibilities of the Luzern eCommerce Account Executive:

  • Support Account Managers in managing the day-to-day activities for key accounts – monitoring & updating our eCommerce Sites (B2B & B2C) via our Platform.
  • Management of back end CMS to ensure product content is up to date including; pricing, inventory levels, category allocation, web assets (banners, images etc) & new product uploads.
  • Collaborate with eCommerce team to ensure the successful delivery of Promotional campaigns, Marketing Activities, New Product Launch.
  • Monitor End-to–End Order Flow to ensure efficient process & meet customer expectations
  • Support the eCommerce team with in-depth UAT of new functionality developments & roll outs.
  • Carry out regular analysis of data to provide insightful report both internally & externally.
  • Monitor current digital trends and technologies to inform the overall online promotion strategy.


What we are looking for in an eCommerce Account Executive:

  • Minimum 2 years work experience in a business environment
  • Degree in Business / Marketing / Innovation / Technology
  • Strong MSOffice skills & data analysis skills are essential
  • Self-motivated and ability to work to deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail & highly organised
  • Eager to learn and willing to develop new skills
  • Strong communication skills and not afraid to ask questions & look for clarification
  • Team player who can work on their own initiative with support and guidance
  • Enthusiasm and a good sense of humour


Advantageous but not essential

  • Experience of eCommerce platforms, editing websites and using CMS
  • HTML & Photoshop skills are advantageous but not essential
  • Experience with Google Analytics & other reporting tools for measuring site effectiveness are valuable
