To all our customers and partners,

With the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation developing rapidly and in constant change, I wanted to share Luzern’s plans to ensure business continuity during the coming period.

Luzern’s main priorities are continuing normal operations whilst ensuring the health and safety of our staff. We are prepared and we are reacting accordingly to ensure ongoing employee health and safety, Service operations and Business operations.

Business Continuity & Customer Impact

Luzern is continuing Normal Operations and maintaining business continuity. Currently there are no customer-impacting changes and we are working hard to ensure that we can continue service to our customers in all areas of our business.

We are in constant communication with both customers and service providers and closely monitoring the situation and evaluating policies and procedures as it evolves.

Should we encounter any issues our goal is to quickly and transparently address these and communicate any impact to our business, and yours.

Safety, Processes & Procedures

The health and safety of each and every Luzern employee is a key priority. We are doing everything we can to ensure a safe workplace for all those who are vital to securing normal service. We have always maintained a very high health and safety standard and we have now stepped this up and implemented extra measures and precautions such as appropriate distance between workers. We are following all guidelines from health authorities.
